Unique hotel in a great and stunning place. Unique and soundproof rooms with lovely views of the bay. 10 minutes by car from the airport.

Had a very pleasant stay for the holidays. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Seeley Stables Museum. There was an excellent restaurant, stores and a market next door.
The room seemed a little dated.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides excellent facilities such as 24-hour reception, restaurant, bar, wireless Internet access, swimming pool. The Trolley links to various destinations, making it convenient for travel around the city.
The only service I missed for my work was express check-out, which would have made my departure smoother.

Affordable food, unbeatable location to downtown areas. Also - near a hill with many levels, a restaurant on the property and Close to all areas--downtown. Cozy bed and beautiful and outstanding rooms.

During my business trip to San Diego, my director chose Best Western for our stay, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers excellent recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool and a fitness center. I was able to unwind after a long day of meetings by taking a refreshing dip in the pool, and I also managed to stick to my workout routine at the well-equipped fitness center.

It made our trip to San Diego a wonderful experience. Perfect hotel, everything was good. The location was wonderful and incredible, close to an interactive history museum. And the area was nice, so close to the old town and Hop On-Hop Off trolley, Amtrak, City bus and electric Trolley. There were a refrigerator, a coffee machine and a couch bed in the room, really enjoyed that. Every employee we encountered was helpful.
The staff - some of them were not particularly helpful.

As for me location is great, near to a featured water fountain, the whaley house and heritage park, and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff and shuttle drivers were excellent, and the location is fantastic with nearby transit center, gift shops, and restaurants. Room sizes are large with a sofa, and the Mexican restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel also features a beautiful landscape and comped welcome drinks.

We liked staying here, it's extremely convenient hotel with excellent friendly staff that showed excellent customer service. The setting of venue was particularly good, ate in upstairs restaurant.

The hotel is extremely convenient and beautiful quiet, has amazing friendly staff with every request I had. The location is stunning and they have parking nearby. You could walk to an outdoor market and a market.

stayed at best western and had a fantastic time. the rooms were soundproof, comfortable, and spacious. the hotel staff was welcoming and hospitable. the location was perfect, just a short walk to old town and its charming shops and restaurants. the hotel grounds were stunning, with a pool and hot tub. the on-site restaurant offered a convenient breakfast buffet. overall, a beautiful area with easy access to local attractions.

I absolutely adored the Spanish and Southwestern architecture of the hotel. The beautiful, lushly landscaped courtyard with sparkling fountains and colorful bougainvillea just outside my room's private balcony was so charming and soothing. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's easy accessibility, allowing me to take gentle strolls through the historic Spanish buildings nearby, such as the Whaley House Museum and Heritage Park. The ambiance of the hotel and its surrounding areas truly captured the essence of authentic California Mission atmosphere.
I would have loved to have had a few more seating options in the lobby and courtyard for us senior folks to rest and relax while enjoying the lovely landscape.
